These locations accept walk-ins during open hours
In an effort to minimize wait times, and serve you faster, making an appointment prior to your arrival to the testing site is preferable. There is no out of pocket cost for the test and it is available for both insured and uninsured when billed to the Insurance, HSA or FSA card. Please bring your ID and Insurance cards. Self-pay also accepted.
This location is a drive-thru sample collection site; Patients may remain in the comfort and safety of their cars. For a faster service, please have your COVID-19 form completed online prior to your arrival to the collection site.
